OK, I'm going to be honest with you guys. This is the very first anime in almost all of existence up at this point which I actively wanted to watch in episodic order. What I'm going to do is try and review each and every episode of DRAMAtical Murder and tell you all the little details that I pick up along the way. I would call a SPOILER ALERT, but then again, the majority of you have played the game and hence this doesn't matter as much. So if you want to watch the episode yourself, go right ahead.
I'm a little worried, to be honest. The animation is clean enough, and each character seems to stay in character. Nothing seems to be cut out as of yet, and it's not TnC levels of choppy as of yet. Then again, they seem to be forcing through the common route as fast as they can, and some details seem to be thrown into conversations for the sake of moving faster toward the part we're all looking for. Then again, they do seem to be mixing routes together, so we have that to look forward too.
At this rate, I want to cut down on my guess? Seven episodes for the common route? At this point, we might need just six, or even five. Not enough to throw me out of the anime, though. Will await the next episode.
So what do we have here?

Quick Notices [This breaks down the episode as I see them. If you want to experience for yourself, skip]:
- Introduction's kind of new. I'm glad that they have the intro from the game, but Aoba's monologue surprised me just a bit. Contemplating about what made good "good" and evil "evil" feels kinda random to me.
- Oh, hey kids. I'm surprised Aoba left before Haga-san burned the kids to death. I figured that he would still stay in there. If you remember, Haga-san calms down after Aoba asks about the package. Strange scene to change up. Oh well, it's comedy about an old man mentally torturing little kids. Ah, Japan~
- Allmates commercial instead of inner monologue. All right, whatever.
- Wait, Koujaku's introduction doesn't get a harem on him?! Awwwww maaaaaan...it would've been so funny just to see him punch a fat bloke (not sure why I consider him fat) because some woman decided to try and abuse her privilege. His job as a hairstylist got thrown into one line, though...and those two girls getting a cameo. THEY HAVE EYES. HOLY SHIT. KAMI-SAMA, PRAISED.
- CHIBI AOBA IN THE FIRST EPISODE. CHIBI KOUJAKU IN THE FIRST EPISODE. HOLY SHIT. THEY JUST MERGED KOUJAKU'S ROUTE IN THE COMMON ROUTE. CALLED THAT SHIT.
- Did they seriously just spend animation budget zoomed up on that one poster in Delivery Works that everyone else thought was a funny passing joke? Okay, sure. Least Clara got that "Yandere" look on her.
- Oh, hi Mizuki. LOVE THE MUSIC HE'S INTRODUCED WITH, THOUGH. HOLY CRAP. And did he just punch people off screen????? Come on, we like violence, animators! SHOW THAT CRAP.
- Wow, Benishigure and Rhyme get thrown into monologues. Then again, I just wanted the hairstyling store scene...
- Mink isn't on a bike. Aoba isn't sideswiped. I am sorely disappointed. Kinda wish I could've heard the new seiyuu in the role, though. Then again, he didn't speak during that part in the game, though...
- Oh hi, random cameo of Clear on the roof.
- We finally get Aoba's full name in the end of the episode? THANKS A BUNCH.
- So wait, they're just unconscious in the real world while they're in Rhyme? What, is this Sword Art Online or DRAMAtical Murder? Or maybe I forgot this detail in the visual novel?
- Hi, trailer footage. Nice of you to finally have talking on top of it.
- Ending song? Better than the beginning. Ending animation? They have the Scrap fields of each character for some reason. Except Ren. Ren's with Aoba...OH. And Aoba just ends up staring at me. Yeah, I get it.
- Doesn't the animation look more like a sloppier version of Persona 4? It looks just as clean, though, so maybe it's just me.
- Usui kinda looks like Mint from Tales of Phantasia, doesn't he?
- Totally called the increased Mizuki cameos, BTW. Sure, they were all voiceless scenes, but I totally called that.
- Aoba's nose looks bigger. Maybe that's just me.
- Anime, this is probably just me, but I totally could wait one episode for Clear to show up. You don't have to shoehorn all of them in the first episode just so that everyone knows that they're gonna be there.

DRAMAtical Murder Anime Review
Well, I finally had time to collect my thoughts and think about this entire show as a whole, and now I think it's time for me to finally give a decent review about the show that I had followed since the beginning: DRAMAtical Murder, a show based off a BL visual novel released in 2012 and has since become the poster image of N+C (at least until we get the next game which will totally involve the main character being some kind of genetic experiment of some sort or maybe he can finally be blond or something). Since the game has become so popular that it spawned its own concert, it only became second nature to say that there would be an anime ba

Again, I am going to be reviewing this episode as I am watching it, so expect some broken segments dedicated to just talking. Also, you have to remember that this is the last episode of the series, so I will try my best to be as logical as I can. With that being said, let's begin.
We start off right where the last episode stopped with Ren biting Aoba's finger and him getting overwhelmed with memories. I'm sad that they weren't actually memories of him during his Rhyme days (I guess Mink's Route will hav

Also known as "Mink the Bara is granted a miracle", "Sei got more lines than in the damn game", and "the day Clear fans spontaneously exploded into tears". Or, as I personally call it, "the twenty minutes that I desperately wanted to take the two not-twins and burn them at the stake".
I am watching this episode as I am typing this review, so the thoughts will be set moment to moment, so let me begin by saying that I kinda wanted Aoba to see Sei while he was in the Tower and Aoba was holding onto Ren. It would've been pretty interesting, not to mention it'll show Aoba what Sei's power ended up being. It would've been cool, but whatever wor

I'm going to level with all of you here: I actually hesitated on watching this episode, and I have no idea why. I was all set to watch it on Sunday, and even had the tag on my page ready to load up and play. And yet...I held back. I don't know why I hesitated, because I knew full well that the thing that held me back in the game from watching most of his route wasn't going to be in here due to the PG rating. So here comes Monday morning, where I have steeled myself up to finally get this thing watched. And thank our
